What should i expect?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and ive been having this white sticky discharge that literally drips down my legs and last night I had two contractions that woke me up out of a deep sleep they hurt so bad I held my breath through both of them but now its morning and I have no contractions i also have a little bit of diarrhea. Sorry for the tmi.
