Can I be pregnant and get a bloody discharge (looks like period)?

Hunny, that is PMS, like getting horrible cramping, mood swings, ect. is the first symptoms telling you your period is coming up. Which is want you want, because I wouldn't want to be pregnant at my age! I'm only 12, and I do get periods, too.
