Seriously confused opinions?

I asked a question a few days ago and everyone said it sounded like I was pregnant. I seriously thought I was. Late period, nauseous, bad gas, back pain, tired. Every sign was there. But I got 3 neg test. Friday night hubby and I had and about 3 hours later I had light pink blood. Now it's bright red with a clear goo (sry tmi) they cramps were pretty bad. It seems to be slowing down. Now I'm 99.9% positive it's not implantation bleeding, it's almost a month since my last period ended (may 6) my sister told me she had a light period when she was pregnant (it was after implantation) I wax kinda thinking maybe a miscarriage (even though neg test) but she said the test would have for sure came positive if I was pregnant. So what do you all think? One minute I still have hope that I am and the next I get all depressed and say there is no way. Need some help please :)
