How much is a flat black paint job?

I've got a 1987 Firebird Tranzam with a T-top. It's already painted black and I want to get it sanded to get rid of the rust before I get it painted flat black. PLUS, I need someone to put on new bird stickers because some one tried to take them off... HOW MUCH AM I LOOKING AT? And where can I find someone to do all this for me?
