Should I consider this as my period!?

I started my period around a year ago. I had 5 days of on and off spotting. Color ranged from light brown, to light pink, to bright red, to dark red, and brown. Sometimes I had stringy stuff in it.. Sorry if its TMI but I'm just checking.
