Why is hurting me so badly?

We have been ually active a lot for months now almost a year and it never hurts. Yesterday we had twice and the last time was extremely rough (tmi sorry lol) we had it again this morning when we woke up for a little but it didn't hurt that bad it was just sore. Now we were having sex and we couldn't finish we had to stop bc the pain was unbearable like it felt sharp and kind of pinching when he would get to a certain spot in my vagina. Like idk what to do should I be concerned or is it just because we did it really rough ? Help:(
