I have a question about Tioconazole (a bit TMI for some)?

I just used it about 3 hours ago, and was really happy to only have to do a one day treatment. However, just now I went to pee, and it looked like it all came out on the toilet tissue. (There was A LOT. Like the whole tube.) :/ Is it still effective? Or should I use it again?
