Its about a biologist who activates something hidden in the human genes that was implanted by aliens at the beginning of the human race and he gets a genetic mutation, this mutation makes him absorb info like a sponge. He gathers people and info, and brings them to a space ship that he was guided to by what seemed like instinct, this is so the aliens can see how the human race has done on their own.
