I've been doing my own little diet for the past 4 days, wanna try a week to see how it goes?

So I've been jump roping everyday, like 100 jumps. And all I eat is like Eggs for breakfast, no seasoning. Turkey dogs(no bread, just ketchup) and spinach for lunch, and Brocolli and a meat for dinner. Sometimes I dont eat the breakfast. I eat 2 or 3 times a day. I dont eat any starch items. Do you think I could possibly lose weight? I havent been to the gym since I started 4 days ago, i just want to see how it goes, but after the 7th day I'm going to continue this diet if it works, keep jump roping and go to the gym every night too. Including swimming everyday as soon as I get my pool. Opinions? Tips? Anything is helpful, thanks :]
