Vaginal bleeding and constant dizziness?

i started bleeding bright red blood yesterday and have been really dizzy ever since. The dizziness is so bad that it's hard to walk and bend over. I also have diarrhea tmi, and really bad gas. I am 7 weeks postpartum and had a natural vaginal birth with 1 stitch. I'm on depo and exclusively feed on demand. I am currently suffering from hpv, gallstones,and I think that's it. Might this just be my period or is something wrong?
