pritty simple answer, if you like online gameplay and shooters such as Gears of War and halo. get an xbox 360 wins the ps3 by a long shot for online gaming. however if you want a console for souly campaigne games get a ps3 as the graphics are a little better. however ps3 network sucks, its free and nasty. gets hacked by 12 year olds and has lots of downtime where for xbox360 has no down time at all and you pay as little as �40 for the full year of reliable online game play experience.
