How to put a LS1 in my 1998 firebird?

I currently own a 1998 Firebird base model 3.8 6-cyl, automatic and i want to drop a LS1 engine into it. but i honestly dont know where to even start or what i need to buy to start this process, can anyone give me a little advise? lol
