Having dog poop problems?

I have a beagle and a cavalier king mix and when I go to take her for a walk it takes forever for her to poop. She will only poop when her leash is touching her (sorry for tmi) she will not poop in our yard. I have tried the spray I have tired walking her around our yard for like two hours and she never poop even though she had to. I have tried chaining her outside and letting her running around and she will not go. I just want her to poop in our yard she we don't have her walk her if it's like 5am or late at night when we get home. Any help would be great
