Will rejected skin divers come out on their own or do i have to pull it out?

I have a dermal skin diver thing in between my on my chest and it's being rejected but its now a big bubble of pinkish redish purple colour ontop of my skin with the piercing in it, I was just wondering if it will keep coming out on it's own or if I have to pull it out myself
