There is a credit card that accepts most people called Care Credit and with it you can take your dogs to the vet TODAY because they accept you and give you the numbers that will be on your permanent card over the phone. You can call your emergency vet and he may come to your house to get the dogs, some are just that loving. You can try your police non emergency line too for a ride, tell them that you are just a kid and can't drive them there. Please try for the doggies, I'm worried they may not live to see morning.
