Can you help me with a Turbocharger setup?

DEEP VERY DEEP pockets. Which is to say lots of $$$$$. The heads will have to be reworked and the cam will need to be changed. I am thinking the cylinders will need to be bored out also. All this will need to be done so the engine can displace the air it wil be taking in and the extra power that Will be produced. I have a friend that put a blower on a car and had problems with it because he did nothing to the heads and cylinders
